Had a really enjoyable, albeiT a short one. I stayed there just for one weekend of 26/27th August. Booked at very short notice, Hazel and Hansel were really welcoming and friendly. The first impression was amazing with a beautiful front garden full of flowers. I used the shed for parking my bike and the back garden looked amazing - fuchsia city! Before getting shown to my room Hazel and Hans had a welcoming chat with me asking me about my journey and telling me about their life and the amazing modifications to the house. The room was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep there. Eric

Room Tip: Great views across Morcambe Bay.

We took a chance on booking this B&B as it was rather a last minute trip. But it was easy to find and we were made most welcome even as we arrived around lunchtime to drop off our bags, all the rooms were very clean and well equipped with a mini kitchenette with fridge, kettle and microwave as well as TV and free wifi in Lounge. We had no chance of being hungry at Breakfast with full english breakfast, plenty of cereals, toast and tea/coffee. Can't really say anymore, other than we will book here again if back in this area.

Our hosts Hazel and Hanson turned out to welcome us as we arrived even though we were much later than expected. They immediately made us feel at home with a much appreciated hot drink and a sit down. Everything was wonderful and our only disappointment was we were only there for one night but we'll put that right next time we're in the area!

Situated in such a beautiful place! The room was big, the bed was extremely comfy. The hosts hazel and Hanson are so friendly + made us feel incredibly welcome. Also make a fantastic fry up breakfast!

A Home Away From Home! A stay par excellence. Hanson & Hazel are the perfect host, whose personal touch is what sets 'Rusland' apart. The warm welcome, the friendly informal atmosphere, the immaculately clean rooms, the mouth watering home cooked breakfast and even the fond farewell as though we were visiting our family members have surely made 'Rusland' a place to visit again and again. While Hanson took us on a tour of their beautifully done up garden, Hazel packed us some of her lovely home baked cakes and even some pache eggs to take along on our journey onwards. We promised to come back and they said they would visit us in London soon!
