This is one of those chain pubs that sells cheap and cheerful food and is very popular with families. You can book if it's a busy time of day. The place was packed initially, probably cos it was Good Friday but it's also one of the only pubs in the area so not a lot of choice. The staff did their best in a probably short staffed type of way. The place needed a bit more care with cleaning up after people had left like wiping sticky menus and tables. Having said that though, you know what you'll get on the tin, so not a lot to say or complain about.
