Can't fault this lovely hotel right on the beach. Spent three nights here, room had a gorgeous sea view. Close to everything. Hotel, food and friendliness of the hosts 10/10. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who looking for somewhere to stay.

We came here on a reminiscent trip of holidays in the same hotel in the 70s and early 80s. After 36 years not much has changed. Very clean rooms, everything you need for a good holiday base. Brought back many happy memories. Would stay here again. We stayed in an attic room which had the most fantastic views out to see. However lots of stairs which didnt bother me 36 years ago but definately felt them this time...lol.

Thank you for your kind review. As you say "fantastic views" which make the stairs worthwhile. Don't leave it another 36 years before returning. Glad you enjoyed your stay, regards Seonaid & Tony

Well,
Here we are again, 5th year running, and another Fantastic Stay in the Windsor Hotel, B&B.
Top floor, room 11.
Lovely and Spacious room, Huge Bathroom at the rear of the room, Big Huge Shower.
Brilliant Views across the Bay,
(For Better Views, bring some Binoculars, like I did)
Excellent "Healthy " Fry-up every morning for the whole week.
Nice and Clean,Fresh towels every couple of Days.
Fresh bottle of water every day too,
Tea and coffee topped up every day, with biscuits too.
You literally, step out of the front door and about 6 steps later you are on the beach.
As it's at the end of a Dead End Road, there is No Traffic (only Turning Round)
5 minute walk and your in the town centre.
Plenty of places to go/visit by bus.
Booked again for the following year, same room,
Thank you once again to,
Tony and Seaonaid

Just returned from a few days away at the Windsor Hotel which is perfectly located for exploring Weymouth and the surrounding area. It's position at the quiet end of the promenade facing the beach meant it was a short walk to the harbour and town with it's restaurants and bars.

The room itself was beautifully detailed, comfortable and scrupulously clean and tidy. The service was friendly and personal without being overbearing. A real gem.
