On our honeymoon and wanting to take the 2 hour wildlife safari cruise we rang at 9am to book. The lady took my name and as I had used my mobile, had my number. They asked us to arrive at 1.30pm and having paid nearly £5 for parking to cover our time away we walked a fair way down steep hills to arrive on time. When we got there the boat was high and dry in the harbour as the tide was out and the booking booth was shut. I called the mobile number given on the board only for a lady walking pasts mobile to ring! Oh she says. He cancelled todays sailings due to the mist. With no phone call to us and no real concern for their customers I cant recommend them. If their customer service is as good as their cruise I'd spend your money elsewhere.
