On holiday again after the winter, popped along for evening meal
Lovely table by the window welcomed and drinks within minutes. Had a starter and main meal, the normal high standards.

Stopped here for lunch on a day out. Very impressed. The barman made us very welcome immediately. Good variety on the menu. Very impressed with the quality and presentation of the food. Very reasonably priced. Great views from the windows over the hills. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Have just returned from a short break there with Wilfreda Beehive.

The place and staff were very welcoming, and very accommodating. The food was excellent, with decent sized portions, so much so that I couldn't manage 3 courses!

This trip was so pleasurable that I'm looking to visit again later this year!

This dog friendly Inn is placed in the beautiful setting of Rosedale Abbey overlooking fantastic views of the dale. There is outside seating where one can sit and enjoy a meal and a drink overlooking the scenery. We stayed for Five nights with our dog in one of the good sized dog friendly rooms. The accommodation was excellent, the towels and bed linen changed on a regular basis and the room cleaned every day. Breakfast was a choice of cereals, fruit juice etc followed by a typical large cooked Yorkshire breakfast accompanied by toast and marmalade. Mike and Debbie were great hosts. There were always a choice of three real ales on the bar and the evening meals were excellent in quality and value.
We were made to feel so welcome we will definately consider a return visit.

We have just returned from 5 days at this lovely old coaching inn. With Wilfreda Beehive tours.

The rooms are beautiful, simple and spotless, with white linen and gorgeous towels.

Debbie works so hard to please everyone with a happy smile on her face always, she really is the glue that holds this place together. I know how hard she works to make the holiday perfect.

The meals are very good sized portions you wouldn't go hungry, plain fare but plenty of it. A good bar too with guest ales and lots of choice of wines. Breakfast a bit hit and miss, with only one person in the dining room taking orders a long wait but on holiday so no need to rush.
We were lucky with the weather, a great place to visit for walking and the moors are certainly breath taking.

Our driver and his partner made the trip a great experience for us.

We had a good time and would visit again. Would happily recommend this charming place.

Thank you to Debbie you are such a great gal

Room Tip: A few stairs to climb, Dont leave the window open in the hot weather a lot of flies come in. Room 5 is gorgeous.
