Spotlessly clean B & B. I like the small lounge on first floor where there is a beautiful view of Morecambe Bay. I have stayed atThe Broadwater on several occasions; the welcome is always warm and I shall continue to stay there whenever I am in Morecambe

Room Tip: Bay view from rooms on front but light traffic noise otherwise very quiet

The rooms are very clean and beautiful, with amenities, different sorts of drinks and also little colourful flowers to make the rooms just like home. Some rooms can have perfect seaviews while some others can have garden views. The breakfast is buffet-like with different varieties.....cereals, yogurts, fresh fruits, toasts, tea & coffee and an excellent cooking-by-order main breakfast meal for all guests. A really pleasant guest house that I never stayed before as a frequent solo traveller.

We've stayed at the Broadwater a few times over the past couple of years, and everytime David surpasses our expectations. There's always subtle changes, be it the chairs, the breakfast offering and this time, coffee bags ... Which I didn't even know existed.

Nothing is too much for David, he goes out of his way to make you feel welcome from the first contact you have, to when you leave.

Breakfast is very fulfilling, all freshly cooked to order, and endless supplies of toast, coffee and tea - and all served in a room with wonderful views over the bay.

Room is extremely comfortable, and if you don't have a seaview room, there's a lounge on the first floor where everyone is welcome.

Will definitely return, and we now measure and compare other b&bs and hotels that we stay in across the country by saying 'David does it Luke that ..., that isn't as good as what David does'.

Yes, there may not be parking on site, but we've always been able to park either on the prom, or by the town hall without any problem.

My third time using the Broadwater and I hope to do again next year.
The host is helpful and makes you feel very welcome.
The rooms are very well presented and have all the extras you'd expect and more that you wouldn't! For example, a quiet fridge with bottled water.
The breakfast - well, if you have the full breakfast you can cancel your lunch!
The Location - Cross the road and you are on the promenade.
The price - Very reasonably priced.
I'm a very happy customer and will be glad to book again next year.

Room Tip: Front rooms have sea view.

The guest house is well appointed and very well cared for, the room we had was excellent with a very comfy bed and lovely décor . Additional options include a snug on the first floor landing which offers computer access , all manor of games /information/ironing and chairs looking out across the bay. In our room we were greeted with snacks/ sweets/wine and as we arrived tea and coffee.
David's attention to detail throughout is very thoughtful and he was the absolute perfect host, could not be faulted if we tried.
This simply has to be the best B&B in Morecambe.
