We wanted a place to stay for 5 days that was convenient to downtown without a hotel feel and Casa Loma fit the bill! We rented the two bedroom condo with a den which comfortably accommodated the six of us. The unit had everything that we needed and more. With an active 7 year old, we were able to play tennis(rackets and balls available), had access to hiking trails, the beach, open spaces to play soccer, and of course the pool. They also have movies and games to borrow at no charge which was a real treat on rainy days. With a full kitchen, we were able to organize our meals and also had a barbeque one night. We had three balconies, one off the living room, one off the master bedroom(facing the lake), and one off the 2nd bedroom at the back of the unit.

Room tip: We didn't have direct access to the beach. 2 story unit with bedrooms up so climbing stairs required.

Thank you for sharing your family experience. We are pleased to have all the options you mentioned for your convenience and to keep children occupied. Our largest units do sleep a larger family comfortably with the bedrooms and full baths upstairs, which makes it possible to tuck in the younger members well before the adults retire. Our popular full-sized pool and hot tub are open from May long weekend for planning your future visits.

Our group of 20 were looking for somewhere in Kelowna where we could get together after golf, and catch up and enjoy cameraderie. Casa Loma was just the spot, with a great 3 bedroom condo, with a large patio, overlooking Lake Okanagan. As well the 2 bedroom den condos were well appointed and thoroughly enjoyed by our group.

We were delighted that your well-traveled group decided to try out our Resort for the first time. We accommodate many golf groups, as our setup seems to accommodate their purposes. We would love to welcome you back whenever you organize another trip, as we feel you were an ideal fit for this property.

We recently stayed at Casa Loma for 4 months and could not have been in a better spot! The resort staff....office, housekeeping and maintenance were all so pleasant to deal with and so helpful that we felt very comfortable here. The grounds and the units are well looked after and the units well equipped with everything needed for a short or long stay. The highlight for us was the lakeside setting with the gorgeous sunrise and views of Lake Okanagan. It was so very peaceful and yet close to all the activities in Kelowna. And there's even a regional park adjacent to the resort with great walks.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Casa Loma Lakeside Resort.

We at Casa Loma are in agreement that you have been a pleasure to accommodate and wish you could have stayed longer. It sounds as if you will have good memories though. We are fortunate to meet the nicest people all year round. Our staff work hard to make this a setting that is attractive as well as serviceable, and comments like yours make it worthwhile. Thank you for choosing Casa Loma!

First off Kelowna is a spectacular part of BC. Visiting the wineries is definitely like being in Napa valley, Ca but better. Now I know why it is called by many as the Canadian Napa Valley.
Casa Lona is a quiet resort right on the lake and you can see deer passing in front of your condo early morning. There are great walking paths. Many great restaurants in Kelowna as well. There is also a great goat farm where they have goat cheese and ice cream made from the goats milk.
Great place to visit.

We enjoyed your comments, from the mention of our natural setting, to the fine dining available in the area. We are centrally located, so there are a great variety of activities to partake in, only minutes from the Resort. However, on your next visit, no need to even leave, just stock up on groceries and liquid refreshments from one of the well-reviewed wineries, and drink in the beautiful scenery comfortably settled on your deck or patio.

It was quiet and peaceful, with a spectacular view. Overall, the unit was very nice, clean and comfortable. The kitchen had most of the necessities but, we are tea drinkers and were only supplied with coffee. We could have used a bowl - had to use the one and only casserole dish to make a salad. There was no dish brush. Getting a thick cloth inside the glasses was nearly impossible. Clean towels were enough and they looked new and were fluffy - nice. There were 2 bedrooms. As to ours - shared, the pillows were impossible to use - massive thick foam about 14 inches thick. How does one put their head on that? So, sleeping was uncomfortable, although the mattress was nice and firm. The screen on the sliding glass door was misaligned and broken so we could not use it - no fresh air - a shame since we overlooked the Okanagan Lake. Parking was great - assigned a spot. I would have liked to have given this place four stars but, sorry, I could not with these issues.

Room tip: Great location but ask for the screen door to be repaired, thin pillows supplied & get a large bowl & dish brush in the kitchen.

While we appreciate the feedback from your visit, we identified a few points we would like to clarify: We keep teabags on request at the Front Desk to ensure freshness. A mix of feather pillows and pillows filled with loose synthetic fibre, never foam, are provided on each bed for your choosing. There is a variety of bowls in each kitchen on the shelf in the corner cabinet above the platters, as our housekeeping department could have easily advised. It is unfortunate that your patio screen door was not functioning properly. This does happen, and our maintenance people could have resolved the problem easily had we been notified. We ask our guests to report any problems and preferences in a timely manner as our Office is open daily to help ensure your stay is pleasant and trouble-free.
