My first visit here and I was blown away, it is a gem in Montemurlo. The quality, ambiance, staff, and attention to detail helped me to make a rating of 5 stars. I have stayed in several Hotels in and around Montemurlo and Prato over the last six years and I Vivai will be my home away from home. It is also located just 1.5 km from the factory I visit 5 to 6 times a year.
I must also compliment the restaurant for the high quality of service and menu selection. The food is delicious and the wine list and cellar are extensive. For breakfast you can expect the usual Italian buffet but there are also a la carte menu selections as well. I tried the scramble eggs and bacon one day and then the eggs benedict another.
Hopefully I Vivai will not be discover by the masses and I will continue to be pampered as a frequent visitor.
There are also walking trails just steps outside the property so you can go for a short or long country stroll.More
