Went from Hampton Court for a walk. Wild deer and jockeys taking their horses out for a walk were some of the attractions, plus some really nice garden walks created by the trust. Lovely place to go for a picnic if down that part of the world

A wonderful park just opposite Hampton Court Palace, in Southwest London. Facilities include large children’s play area, The Pheasantry Cafe for teas, coffees and lunches and acres of parkland to explore, as well as the two enclosed Woodland Gardens. Herds of wild deer roam freely, wildfowl on the lakes and flocks of green parakeets. Free parking available in two large car parks.

I live in Teddington so this is our local park. A stunning Royal park with everything you could wish for. Good for photography, from the secret gardens and lakes tucked away to the beautiful deer on a frosty morning, and sunsets over the cricket pitch on a summers evening. Much sport is played here, rugby, cricket, football, tennis, running, fitness, cycling. Small enough to run, cycle, or walk around. Big enough to walk dogs and for kids to have an adventure in. Picnic there in the summer and there is a swing park for younger children and of course the historical interest of having been a former World War ll camp for the Americans Gi’s which is comemorated with a bronze plaque. Come and visit but please don’t feed the deer!

In the summer or winter there are always amazing views of the beautiful fields and woods, deer and parrots; lots to see and so much to take in. Bushy park is a lovely day out for a picnic when its hot or a walk when its cold or for running whenever. A great place to walk dogs and take pictures of the deer. Really perfect for friends, families, couples or just a walk alone!

Absolutely love Bushy for its diversity and it’s such a great place for dogs and well behaved owners.
The occasional badly behaved dog owner forgets to clear up after themselves and have to contend with the Deer.
However well behaved owners and their dogs love it here.
Great for kids, picnics, winter walks, fresh air for inside the M25. Escaping the town.
Go enjoy and relax
