Popped in for a cup of tea after visiting the museum. Tea wasn't hot and pot only 3/4 full. Had to ask for a pot of hot water, which wasn't hot either.Waitress tried to remove cups before we'd finished; waitress swept floor all around and close to where we and other customers were eating and drinking - a good 40 minutes or so before closing.
Gift shop was ok, but not hugely inspiring, but I made a knitting-related purchase. Unenthusiastic staff. Had been looking forward to going but I'm afraid I wouldn't hurry back.
