1) Bed has ants crawling all over
2) All our rooms had lizards in them and there were lizard droppings in the room especially in the toilet (on the sink, on the toilet roll etc)
3) We feel conned- was told breakfast is until 11am when we checked in but on our last day we were charged for having breakfast at 1050am and was told that free breakfast is only until 1030am. This was not disclosed when we asked on the day of check in and also when they took our order
4) Staff is dishonest- on two occasions the same staff miscalculated and took our money without providing change until we asked.
5) There are only two hair dryers and one iron in the whole resort- not able to provide basic necessities?
6) Overall the resort is not well kept, pool area is too small and have no shades for the lounge chairs. There are no proper walkway from reception area to the rooms; we dragged our luggage through the sand
7) Terrible experience and will never return to this resort ever again- it is a motel, not a resort.

We stayed here for 5 days the beginning of May. We even had our wedding on the beach there and it was a dream come true. The staff is fantastic and Leo was great. The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. The beach and sunsets are amazing.

Room Tip: It is worth going for the beachfront bungalow. Octogon shaped almost all windows. Amazing view.

This was by far one of the best and most memorable experience we've ever had. Private beach was so serene that we never felt like leaving this hotel. Staff was very courteous and never did they hinder our privacy yet always around to help. Would definitely visit again

We stayed here for one night in February. Our bungalow was by the beach and the view was awesome. We came here to enjoy the day at the beach and have sunset dinner. The sunset was outstanding and dinner was ok as well. So no complaints, all ok. If you are looking for a place to stay for 1 night to enjoy lazy day and sunset then Am Samui is a good option. For longer stay I would say its bit far away from everything, but for 1 day sunset trip its spot on.

Stayed at Am Samui for two nights in a beautiful beach front bungerlow. Cost 3500 a night which is expensive and not really reflective of standard. Room was lovely but there were little things that needed doing, like descaling the shower so water came out properly, some black mark bubbling on the ceiling. Other things that just made the cost not worth it. But location is phenomenal. Looking out at the beach which is beautiful. Service just ok, again maybe expecting more for paying quite a bit. Compared to some hotels the room would be double but also anyone travelled enough in Thailand knows can get places just as good and cheaper if shop about
