Highly recommended. Beautiful location rooms are bright and comfortable and they do a "soirée étape" for business travelers that is perfect 82€.
The restaurant offers fresh ingredients home cooked; it is delicious and the lady serving is friendly and caring. The chef is excellent too.
I want to come back for a relaxing weekend with family
It is a beautiful place with a pool and it allows you to disconnect from work for a few hours

We stayed here for 3 nights while motorcycling in the area. Outwardly hotel looked nice, grounds very attractive and room in the annexe was comfortable. However there was no openable window in the room so the only way we could ventilate it was by opening the door. This may not be an issue for some, the room was air conditioned but we arrived in rain and needed to dry out gear and even without that issue the room became very stuffy without ventilation. The staff we met were very friendly, and the website referred to a bar and terrace. There was a bar externally by the pool but this was closed. Whilst it was September, according to room rates it was still high season so it was disappointing to find we could not get any refreshments. Reception was not manned all day.
Breakfast was also not to a very good standard and I would not recommend it. The restaurant attached is run independently and is a very good though not cheap. Would highly recommend this. In summary for me this was more a Bed and Breakfast than a hotel, though having the facilities they couldn't really be enjoyed.

Stayed here for one night to visit the Rouffignac cave, which is a short drive away. Arrived in the afternoon to a very friendly greeting from the receptionist, and shown to a huge family room in the main building. Room superb, beds very comfortable and with a view over the gardens out the back. Nice little pool out the back that kept the kids amused in the afternoon.
Not a fan of the restaurant, if I stayed here again I would look outside for somewhere to eat. Also I would give breakfast a miss, expensive for what it was and selection limited, although the staff again were all friendly in the morning.

We stayed for a few days here, and we sadly quite disappointed, outward appearances were very nice, but hasn't lived up to our expectations. The hotel is very clean, tidy, and peaceful. Our room very nice, not in the main building lovely but and this is a personal preference, the only way to let fresh air in is by leaving the door open as there are no Windows to open......yes there is air conditioning, but didn't want that on all night.....the restaurant was lovely, not run by the hotel, and the food was gorgeous, but quite expensive.....worth it maybe as a one off. The biggest disappointment though was breakfast, which was extra.....I wouldn't bother for what it cost, was pretty basic, no sign of any staff at all, the hotel could not have made much less effort......tinned fruit cocktail, Orange juice, water, tea or coffee.......cereals......ham, pre packed pieces of cheese......but worst of all rock hard stale cake!! Personally I would head into town for breakfast....it's a shame.....but a real let down....... Oh and the WiFi doesn't work in all areas....and you can't park near you room either.

Stopped overnight when we passed through this area of France and visited the caves at Lascaux. If I had known the Manoir des Cedres was this good I'd have planned to stay longer. The room was excellent - a very good size too. The staff very friendly and helpful and we had an excellent meal on the terrace.
Towels were provided for the pool which was in a very pleasant area in the garden and even though the weather was warm, it was heated to a very comfortable level.
An ideal place for a quiet break to chill out and excellent value too.
