Set in an traditional piemontese stone wall farmhouse, this restaurant is a perfect combination of a charming environment, great homemade food , good music (I happened to be there an evening with live jazz ) great wine (own produce) and friendliness all for a very affordable price. The food is traditional piemontese with a touch of nouvelle cuisine, nice proportions, great tastes and quality, plenty to eat. I would say it is an absolute must if you want an unforgettable evening out. When leaving don' t forget to ask for a bottle of the Scaparone wine (Nebbiolo), you will enjoy it back home and wish you were once more back at the Scaparone.
