Had a standard room in the old part of the hotel which was basic but fine for what we needed. Would definitely try to get a better room next time as we were just too slow in booking.

Enjoyable walk along to Cisano, bardolino, lazise and Garda from the hotel.

The staff (twins) could not have been more helpful and were not put out with any questions we had. Pool areas is lovely and we were served drinks from the bar.

Also needs a mention is the roof terrace where breakfast is served, pictures don't do the view justice it was lovely each morning.

Will definitely be back!

Room Tip: Standard room is v basic. I'd opt for another one next time!

Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel itself is really well maintained. The breakfast room is beautiful (as is the breakfast). Owners are really nice and couldn't do enough to help. If you can get a room with a balcony, definitely stay here. Price is reasonable and the owners are worth the money in themselves !

Stayed as a couple for 11 nights during July. Couldn't rate this hotel enough! Firstly the two women that run this hotel are amazing- very friendly, exceptionally helpful and together they have created a great hotel.

It is in the middle of Bardolino and Cisano.(if you get a bus from the airport get off in Cisano as this is a lot closer) the walk to Bardolino is around 25 minutes but worth the walk, great restaurants and pretty views! Cisano is around 10 minutes away but a lot smaller.

We stayed in one of the older rooms of the hotel- nice rooms but small- would definitely suggest adding a fridge to this room (room 11) as it is hard to keep water cool. If you want a more modern room I advise asking for pool view- I believe this rooms do have a Fridge!
The pool area is beautiful- you can see the lake and there is always a sun lounger available, very calm and relaxing!
Breakfast is a lovely continental over looking the lake- they owners opened breakfast early on the day we left so we could eat before we flew which was so lovely!!

Me and my partner got engaged shortly before flying out- the ladies very kindly put prosecco and flowers in our room for when we arrived. Our last evening they also left a gift of shortbread on the bed for us- these are beautiful extras that just show how extra this hotel will go for you!

The ladies have all the information you need if you want to go exploring. We visited Verona one day and we're provided with all bus times, bus stops, places to visit and all information needed! Honestly so helpful, any questions they will answer!

Small, family run hotel where nothing is too much! They will go to any lengths to help you and cater for your ever need. Small extras are a beautiful added touch! Honestly cannot explain how brilliant this hotel is. Perfect location and perfect hosts.
Would recommend to anyone!!

Thank you so much for creating a perfect holiday for us!! X

The hotel is wedged into the fully build up coastal area of the lake Garda between Bardolino and Lasize. It is nevertheless inviting and relaxing because of the white colour, the large terraces on each room and the superb view from the rooftop breakfast room. Also, the underground garage is a plus.
We found the reception friendly, helpful and correct. Overall good value for money outside the holiday season.

We travelled from Limone right round there north of Garda by motorbike to get to Bardolino. We'd been told by someone we met along the way that Bardolino wasn't great - but we disagree! It is more touristy than some parts of Garda but provided us with some of there most stunning sunsets and views of the lake.
We booked Villa Katy as somewhere to chill out and because it had a pool. It's slightly out of town but the rooms are nicely done and usually the pool area would be peaceful (the road was being dug up when we were there!). The owners were very friendly and and arranged for us to go down to the lido to avoid the roadworks, they also gave us bikes to use for free which were perfect to ride along the lake front and get in and out of town.
Breakfast was on the top floor and was good with lots of choice. There's also a roof terrace there where we watched the sunset in a fab double sun lounger/chair - nobody else was there - perfect!
Bardolino is a little more expensive than some other resorts on Garda and the hotel was the same.... Worth it though, great ending to our Garda adventure.

We actually stayed 15th and 16th July 2015 (it won't let us go back that far!)
