This restaurant was recommended to us and we would have missed out if we had not taken the advice. This is a family run restaurant more like a trattoria than a candle lit supper. The owners care about you. The menu is explained and you will be shown samples on a plate before the food is prepared. Great efforts were made by our host to explain things in English. Be hungry because the portions are generous. We did not have a reservation but space was available cause we arrived early. We did see the owner having to refuse guests as the place tends to fill up as the evening advances. It was a great meal and well worth it.
