I've searched far and wide in Italy looking for the best gluten free pizza (Florence, Rome, Naples, Capri, and Sorrento) and I've finally found it! I thought it was the real deal it was so good. So glad to finally have found a great spot. And I could tell they make their own gluten free dough there because it was thin and didn't taste like corn, crackers, or potatoes, it was perfect. Big kudos for Excalibur!
