Not great. When we were there they had intentionally turned off the air conditioning for the entire hotel (without telling us; we thought it was broken and had to go ask at the front desk) because the “outside air was good enough.”
When we couldn’t get the AC to work we attempted to call the front desk. And the phone didn’t work.
We tried to put our drinks in the refrigerator… which was not cold. We saw it was unplugged, but there is no way to get to the plug since the fridge is bolted into the cabinet.
When we went to the front desk to ask about all of the issues, the staff basically shrugged. So that was that.
Given it was humid and a little warm, we didn’t sleep very well. Especially because you get flying bugs and mosquitos if you just leave the windows open.

On the positive side, the breakfast was pretty good, especially for the price and the wait staff for breakfast were wonderful. Friendly and cheerful making sure they provided anything they could.

This is the place to stay in Cassino. Great staff, comfortable lounge with ample outdoor seating and updated bathrooms - many rooms with walk-in shower.

Nice hotel with comfortable beds. The staff here can’t do enough for you and go above and beyond what is expected. The only down side being the loud music coming from the leisure centre next door, but it didn’t go into the night and never disturbed my sleep. Would definitely stay here again. Don’t use the local taxis if you value your life, ours did 60 in a 30 and didn’t care for indication. Walked into town from that moment onwards.
