Very nice hotel. We got room with huge tarrace and beautiful view. The distance to the centre of Cortina is just 10 minut walk. Room hotel nice, clean with big wardrobe. Proffesional approach of personel in the restaurant and reception. Underground parking for all rooms. The only one disadvantage was breakfast- too pure as for 4-star hotel. Many sweet things to rat but small choice for people who don’t eat sweet breakfast.

This was a pleasant hotel a bit away from the center of town. Our group used it in early October, because this was the end of the season and the preferred hotel was unavailable. I found the room to be pleasant with lots of wood furnishing. Our bed was very firm, which suited us, but others in our group complained of their bed being too hard. The breakfast buffet selection was nicely varied. However the lunch and dinner meals were very unsatisfactory, with the pasta course over cooked and using veggies so finely diced that they seemed as if they had been freeze dried. The pasta had an over cooked texture which I have not found elsewhere in Italy. If you lodge here, be sure to take your noon and evening meals elsewhere.

The staff are well dressed and professional. The front desk staff were extremely helpful with giving us info. On the local area. We had a room with two bedrooms. The bathrooms were nice with excellent water pressure. The Amadeus Restaurant was well decorated inside as a nice restaurant. However we were disappointed with the outside seating and dinner. They need to invest in nice outside table and chairs. The current plastic ones don't fit a family of 4 comfortably. Our dinner main meal was cold and they forgot our salads. The outside fireplace is a nice touch but they need to use hard wood that does not smoke so much. By the end of our meal my kids eyes were watering because of the smoke. Over all we would definitely come back again!

We got bumped from another hotel to this property due to booking.com errors. We stayed 3 nights. While there are some things to like, this by no means is a 4 star property. The mattresses need updating. The bathroom fixtures are over 20+ years old and seriously need upgrades -- the shower is especially bad and creates a flood in the bathroom (it is obvious that management has never stayed in their own rooms). Smokers were everywhere so we had a hard time enjoying fresh air. Thankfully there is new carpeting and the rooms have refrigerators. The breakfast buffet is not consistent -- some mornings we had fresh baked bread and bananas, other mornings we had frozen dinner rolls and very little fruit (melon was great, but why put out a WHOLE pineapple?) -- it appeared like they were looking to cut costs or the chef only worked part-time. We could never get a good wifi signal throughout as they don't have a current system -- we tried on every floor and in the lobby -- it is junk. The elevator was always broken for 3 days, so we had to haul our luggage up 5 flights. There are no fans for hot days. The tv is minute. On a positive note, the front desk staff is very helpful and friendly, the views are excellent and the location is close to the city/town. While we do not recommend this hotel, we may stay here again if there were no other 3 star options. p s. there were many mountain bikers staying here when we were there, so we assume they are dead tired and don't look for these details....please upgrade!!!

We stayed for one night after driving from Venice (the long way).
The hotel was great for us. There were several groups of cyclists that took advantage of the facilities (storage of the bikes, parking for the accompanying vehicles).
Breakfast was very good (cereals, cold cuts, cheeses, fruits, etc).
The views from the room were great, with the whole valley in our window.
The room was reasonably sized and the bathrooms were as expected.
The staff was helpful.
The hotel is about 1 km from the city center. We parked our rental car in the underground (free) garage, and drove to the city center (free parking after 18:00) for dinner.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the valley offer the best views
