This would possibly be more at the top end of three star than four star. The room was excellent and well-appointed with tea making facilities. There is a pleasant pool and a nearby bar serving drinks and snacks. The beer and wine was very average in quality and the ham sandwich was less than supermarket standard. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent but the evening meal was little more than adequate. The hotel offers a courtesy bus service to Giardini town and Naxos beach.

We visited in the 2nd week in October so hotel was quieter which was lovely as no issues getting a bed at the poolside and the restaurant wasn't chaos....until the bus tours arrived.
The hotel hosts overnight accommodation for bus tours so be prepared for a couple of busy nights at dinner time.
The food was lovely although any longer than a week and it would be too much as very samey every night.
The staff are all lovely, especially Paulo, Rossario and Tamara in the bar.
The beach area was nice and quiet and only 10min walk from hotel.
I would say that the all inclusive package is more full board with some drink choices as cocktails and some spirits not included, plus nothing included at the beach, however you can request a packed lunch of bread, meats, cheese and fruit from the restaurant if heading out for the day.
The bus stop is right at the door so a return toTaoromina was €3 rather than the €40 tour guide price via TUI.
Rooms were spacious and cleaned every day with fresh towels, decor is dated but it kind of works!
All in all a lovely hotel for a chilled out week, if going at end of season though be prepared for the fact that the entertainment team have left, the poolside bar/pizza and snacks have closed and entertainment at night is the pianoman in the bar.
All in all though a lovely hotel in great location with a view of Etna.

This is a large tourist hotel, not the sort of place we would chose for ourselves, but we were part of a large Travelsphere group. The hotel is situated on a rather scrungy strip mall/ribbon development, and is a long walk (about 20 mins) to Naxos, but as there is no pavement in places it can be a bit dangerous. There is a shuttle bus that goes from the hotel to Naxos several times a day, but not at a time when we could use it.
As for the hotel itself, we had a large triple room with twin beds, a long shelf for bits and bobs. A large bathroom with a walk in shower, but no where in the shower for your toiletries which had to go on the floor. Our towels weren't changed after the first day, neither was the floor cleaned, all they did was make the beds.
There is a large pool with plenty of sunbeds but again those who used it said the water was very cold. There is a small bar in the corner, with a rather grumpy barman. In fact, we felt all the staff were rather unhappy as the hotel seemed understaffed, so the staff were over-stretched and over-stressed.
All meals are self-service, but we didn't feel there was a particularly good choice. They also insisted we sit as a group - and in fact told us off for sitting on our own at breakfast time.
There is a happy hour for cocktails at 5 euros each. Bottled water is again quite expensive, but there is a supermarket just down the road (turn left out of the hotel) where you can get a litre of water for about 50 cents.
There is nowhere nice to walk in the evenings except round the grounds, which takes about 5 mins.
We also noticed a rather strange smell in the reception area, which is probably either a strong disinfectant or the chlorine from the pool.

Room Tip: Some rooms have the shower over the bath, so if you want a walk-in shower ask for a room with one.

This hotel was part of a Travelsphere trip, we stayed for 3 nights. Maybe it could do with the rooms being refurbished to brighten them up a bit, but somehow that added to its charm. The rooms were very clean and I liked the blackout curtains (pity more hotels don't have them). Unusual for Italian hotels, there are tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

WiFi is not free and there is a charger PER a device PER a day (in this day and age?!). Also there is a refundable deposit of 50EUR for the key to the safe.

The restaurant was a buffet for both breakfast and dinner. There was plenty of choice and reasonable quality.

Main pool area very nice and relaxing, though the water was cold!

Bar staff were good, but special mention to Paolo who made us especially welcome!

*tip* a couple of minutes walk (turn left out of main entrance) to local supermarket for water and any other required goodies

This Hotel is not easy to find. We thought, quite wrongly, that the hotel was on or near the beach, but alas it was at least 2Km from the beach area where most eating places could be found. One was therefore more inclined to stay in the Hotel for meals. Whilst the Hotel has a 4 star rating, and is quite comfortable and clean, the single option of Buffet dining left a lot to be desired. Most hot style breakfasts, whilst, plentiful, were always cold,or like warm. The evening choices of buffet meals were not, what I would call typically Italian, with little choice of meat dishes. If one was travelling as part of a group then this type of hotel, with its buffet dining and locality where one is bussed everywhere, would probably suit. However, those choosing to independently travel would no doubt feel a bit of a "castaway" on a desert Island.
