We loved the Saturnia hot springs! Quite a trip from our agriturismo in monte antico! The drive is an adventure in itself! Such a naturally beautiful place!

Nice place to visit but be prepared to have crowds of people walking all over you and a place that is not being well cleaned.
Water is nice and warm, natural pools are a real wonder.
However we saw lots of little red worms in the ground settlement, which was very unpleasant.

Stayed in a nearby small Tuscan town. Very hard getting in and out of the parking. Springs were very crowded. I can see how they would be beautiful on a day with less people. It's easy to climb around the pools and the floor of the hot springs are made up of these small pebbles, which make the comfortable for sitting. Caution it will take some washing to get the sulphur smell out of you swimming attire. Glad I went, just hate the crowds.

The warm springs of Saturnia were a nice experience. The water was really warm and there were lots of people in the area. There are not much services available there and parking space is difficult to find. Be prepared that you and your swim suits will stink afterwards.

We stumbled upon this place with its unbelievable blue waters in our travels around Pitigliano so we did not have out bathing suits at the time. If i visit this area again I will plan to go here with a bathing suit so I can enjoy the beautiful blue healing waters fora few hours.
