Take note - although this modern thermal bath center calls itself Termes di Saturnia, they are not the original thermal baths by that name! These baths do use a source of hot mineral rich water but they are mechanically sourced and they are in Grosetto! The original, natural baths are in fields near Pitigliano. I can't understand how so many people post reviews here that relate to the original baths.

Having visited many thermal baths, including those in Baden-Wurttenberg in Germany and also in Switzerland, I can say that this place is just disappointing. Basic facilities, oldish and not well maintained. Cleanliness was really doubtful. Not children friendly( our daughter -10 years old and a water polo player was denied entrance to the main pool. My wife had to stay with her in the baby pool with 50cm depth). For 25€ entrance fee they could propose other facilities like saunas, steam baths etc. It’s a pity. We just thought that it was not worth the money and the time we spent here. For people that find this place ok, they should go to Baden Baden in Germany to see what the real therme is like....

Free spa, crowded in summer, but good in October. Lovely warm moving water from a Vulcano. With shower and a little restaurant.

We loved the Saturnia hot springs! Quite a trip from our agriturismo in monte antico! The drive is an adventure in itself! Such a naturally beautiful place!

Nice place to visit but be prepared to have crowds of people walking all over you and a place that is not being well cleaned.
Water is nice and warm, natural pools are a real wonder.
However we saw lots of little red worms in the ground settlement, which was very unpleasant.
