Great hotel, rooms very clean, not much of a view, but we did not stay in the room during the day, so did not mind. Lovely food with good choice and a good wine menu.
Excellent swimming pools, with plenty of sun loungers, and nice gardens.
Free entry to the lido, which had beautiful views of the area as it was right on the lake, well worth it.
The only downside was that the taxis and busses were non existent, so if walking was a problem to go to the town (really a village), it was a headache, however the hotel had a courtesy bus twice a day with a small charge for the use of hotel residents, and this proved to be a lifeline for us.
The receptionist Enza was exceptionally helpful, and would help you with any querie.
The lake of Iseo is very Italian, and not so commercialised as the other large lakes, so many of the locals did not speak English, but it was no problem, as it was nice to be in a truly Italian area.
Certainly recommend this hotel.More
