I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location - across the road from one of the main ski lifts - is super convenient. The renovated rooms are tastefully decorated, alpine chic. The staff at the reception and the spa were friendly, especially Viviana. The only thing I would change is the constant log-in required for the Wi-Fi; it would be so much more convenient for guests if they only had to log in once during their stay.

The Majestic Mountain Charme Hotel is in the perfect location - just off the main square so right in the centre of Madonna di Campiglio and directly opposite the Cinque Laghi ski lift. The reception is mainly run by the super-efficient and extremely professional Valeria, for whom nothing was too much trouble - restaurant reservations were made on request, and she organised the return of the deposit on my lift pass when the machine at the station had run out of money. Her English is excellent. We had booked a superior room and the room we were originally allocated only had a bath with a hand-held shower attachment, so we asked if we could have a room with a proper shower - and Valeria promptly moved us into a bigger room with a walk-in shower, and a bath, and a balcony. Our room was modern and comfortable and was kept spotlessly clean during our stay. The hotel has recently been refurbished but I wondered if they had run out of money by the time they got to the first floor/ our floor as the higher floors had new, smart carpet in the corridors! The hotel has a sophisticated lounge/piano bar which gets nicely busy around 6pm and where they also serve lunch - we ate outside in the sunshine on our day of arrival and the food really was excellent, although different choices from the same menu later in the week were disappointing. Breakfast is good, with a wide choice of pastries and cakes. There is free, although slow, wifi (faster in reception than in the rooms) - I don't expect super-fast broadband in a ski resort, but having to re-enter the username and password every single time you open a device was tiresome (fortunately both are short!) The hotel has a very nice spa area where I enjoyed two good, although expensive (compared to English prices) massages. The ski-boot room has heated and locked cabinets, and is quite small but this was not a problem as we never seemed to be in there at the same time as anyone else. I would stay here again.

Room tip: Rooms at the front of the hotel will get the sun most of the day. Rooms at the back get the morning sun for a short time but are quieter.

This hotel has the best location in Madonna, but the food was the worst I have had at a ski hotel. The restaurant is in the basement, they offer salad bar every evening with 4-5 items, the service is very slow and unprofessional. If you like to spent 3 hours eating your dinner than you maybe like this but every dish you receive has the same taste = zero taste, we tried to put salt and pepper on it but it still tasted bad.

The ski room is so small that only one person can fetch their ski at the time. We stayed in a junior suite on third floor, which was a very nice and clean but our room faced the pedestrian street. We had trouble sleeping because of the noise from the street every night.

Room tip: Try to get a room that does not face the pedestrian street, but notice some of rooms are very small for ski hotel

We have just stayed here over half term for the first time as a family of 5. This is a great family hotel with excellent standards and wonderful food. We booked through Ski Solutions as a package and Mark who sold the trip did a fantastic job.We stayed half board which was great as we had the breakfast and a four course meal in the evening ( silver service) giving us the chance to stay up the mountain all day and have lunch out.
From the moment we arrived we were made most welcome and nothing was to much trouble. The staff were great from the reception staff to the restaurant manager who could not do enough and meet all needs of our family with three boys of different ages. 6,13 and 16.
Location was fantastic, just a walk out of the locker room up to the Laghi lift which took you right in the centre of the slopes.
Would definately book again. Look forward to staying here again

Room tip: Floor 3 would be the best

After a bad experience with a hotel nearby (st. Hubertus Garni) we moved to this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and new. The location is perfect. Ski room is also OK. The staff at the reception was so helpful.
