It was a very nice location and the pool area was nice too. The food was ok and the prices too. The thing I didnt like was the lack of cleaning the rooms, it was sand all over the floor and the bathroom was not clean either. The air conditioning wasnt working like it should and overall the room was not good.

Being a 4 star hotel you'd probably expect a parking lot which would always be available for the residents. oops no the parking is closed for the whole week. okay nice. searching for a parking is hard. It continues at the check-in. the staff is not able to guide you to your room, in case you don't find it. nice. the rooms are extremly small for the price being asked for them. at least they were clean. it's best if you don't bring a dog. even if you pay the animal supplement, you're not allowed to bring your dog to the pool or the restaurant. by the way we had a chihuahua with us. the smallest dog possible has to stay in its room, for 10€ a day. nice. the pool bar is emtpy. and even if you find an employe there, they likely won't serve you. they aren't able to mix cocktails anyway. the wifi is hardly working. nice. the hotel staff doesn't talk english at all. you have to be able to speak italian. oh and theyre unfriendly and completeley unqualified. the staff is horrible. just horrible. don't expect to be treated like a guest in a 4 star hotel.
the food in the restaurant was exactly the same each evening. and even though the restaurant was half empty, the staff wasn't able to serve you in any way. so you'll have to be patient.
there is no working wifi, no room service.
the hotel is in a horrible state. the pool water was freezing. youre not allowed to drink out of a glass by the pool.
this hotel is mostly a third class spa for italians.
don't waste time and money here like i did.

This hotel is quite new. White, surrounded by trees and the interior is spotless. Friendly service. The pools (yes there are several thermal pools!) are just to die for. Their wellness center is fantastic. Several indoor pools, massages. Just everything you need to relax. The rooms (we had the superior) are spotless. The balcony is big, but could use a small table (chairs are there). The breakfast was perfect. A lot of choice in breads, yoghurts, cheese, eggs bacon. All you can wish for. We plan to come back!!!

We spent four nights here, the room was nice but the balcony too small, and with just one chair. The pool area outside really nice, the spa inside was simple and not cozy. We had to pay 10 euro/person for using a bathrobe, and we had to buy the slippers which was obligatory to wear to enter the spa area. The breakfast was average, canned fruit instead of fresh.

Room Tip: Room with pool view.

First of all, this is not a place to come off season. The town has nothing around here.
The hotel is beautiful and clean, the thermal pool & Spa are very nice and clean.
The staff is very polite. I'm sure that once it get warmer this town will start to open because right now we had to drive to Castiglione Della Pescaia for dinner because on a Monday night we couldn't find a restaurant open for business.
