The mattress was like a rock, the room cold and unfriendly but it was a cheap room with late booking. There was off street parking and not far to Venice, the person on the desk was very helpful and knew his history, the best so far as far as advice.

Room Tip: Hard bed and cold but you get what you pay for and it was all that was available at the last minute

Hotel is great for short stay. Very pleasant hotel and the staff is very friendly. Very easy to get to Venice by tram. Tram station is just 300 meters from the hotel (5 minutes walk), Tram ticket can be purchased at the kiosk at the tram station (1,5 euro). The tram goes every 10 minutes and goes to Piazzale Roma.
The rooms are small but clean and comfortable to sleep. Shower cabin is very small. Nice and pleasant terrace. Private parking costs EUR 6 per day. Excellent breakfast. Croissants, donuts, pastries, small sandwiches, toast, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, cereals, coffee, tea, juice ...
If I again went to Venice again be staying there.
Ask for room which have view at the back so you do not have problem with a noise from street.

Room Tip: Choose room with a view to the back.

A very good rustic, value for money hotel. Good location between the airport & Venice. simple & value for money bus ride into venice just around the corner. A really good breakfast. Would recommend.
Only down side is that there are NO lifts & rooms are upstairs.

Room Tip: Both the rooms our party had were very good.

The room is clean, bed is comfortable. Simple breakfast included every morning. There's nothing to complain about given the price tag. Staff is helpful, especially when our flight was delayed and we landed at 2am to check in!!

Venice is only 10 min away by the new tram line. The tram stop is 3 minx walk away with a supermarket next door.

Would I come back if I have a bigger budget? Probably not. But for what I paid in is very good and I certainly can't get the same quality for the same price in Venice city centre!

Picked this Hotel after reading reviews for visiting Venice.

5 star service for a third of the price of staying in Venice, Great.

It is a basic hotel, but what makes it special is the helpfulness of the staff.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, and after a day of walking around Venice you sleep well.

Getting into the city is easy 5 minute walk to the tram stop 1.5 euros each way, ticket purchased at tobacco shop next to tram stop, or if staying for a few days purchase a ticket that covers your stay.

Asked Alex for recommendation for eating locally and was directed to a excellent restaurant.

Breakfast in hotel great value and food enough to keep you going all day.

Thank you Alex and staff for an enjoyable stay, you made our stay a pleasure.
