This small hotel is a perfect place to stay at if you want to explore Venice. The receptionists are friendly and helpful and they explain everything you need to know during your stay. The tram stop is only a few minutes walk from the hotel and there are shops, pubs and restaurants nearby. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. Highly recommended!

Very welcoming stay... It offered us a relaxing time, easy access to Venice, the staff helped us locate places and gave a great map. Food was excellent...

The main part of a travel is going around and that can get dragged and get late, thanks to the front desk person he let us know how to get in if delayed and that really helped as we came back delayed.

The service was great and the place is maintained so well, it is completely neat and clean.

The stay is perfect stopover to visit Venice and reasonably near bus stand and railway station.

Enjoyed the time in total

This is the first time staying in Mestre rather than Venice, and I must say I enjoyed it. The hotel is in a more residential area, but in close proximity to the tram into Venice, and there were numerous restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. We were lucky enough to snag a parking place right out front so didn't have to pay to park for the three nights we stayed. Bonus points to the front desk guy who parallel parked our car in the tight spot! The room wasn't huge, but it did have air conditioning which was much appreciated, Bathroom was large and well appointed, Breakfast was typical; some pastries, cheese, cold cuts and some cute sandwiches. Compared to staying in Venice, it was much less expensive, quieter, and no dragging luggage over the bridges! Would stay here again. You do have to carry your luggage up stairs, but still easier than the bridges of Venice!

We stayed here in September this year and it was a perfect platform for visiting nearby venice. Staff were very helpful on a range of requests and rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good too. Excellent value for money.

Location and hotel was nice. 2 blocks away from tram that goes into Venice. Hotel was clean, staff was helpful and breakfast was good. I would stay here again. I would not recommend to stay in Venice because of the overbearing crowds and all the steps getting to and from hotel with your luggage.
