This is definitely not a 2 star hotel. Facilities are good. The hotel staff especially the young guy (terrible with names) was so good he provided so much information on things to do and also where to eat highly recommend befed (down the street and across the bridge) if you stay here it's amazing chicken place serves roast chicken and vegetables which was amazing after eating in Italy for 3.5 weeks. Can not fault this place whatsoever, I have seen 4 star hotels with less.

The hotel is top-notch in terms of location for those searching to visit Venice on a low budget. It's situated in Mestre, few bus stops from the railway station. The bus station is exactly in front of the hotel ( buses 15 and 43 do the connection with the railway station ). The tram station or the bus to Venice is situated within 5 minutes walking on a very quiet and peaceful street. In less than 15 minutes you arrive in Venice from where you can hop straight in a vaporetto from Piazzale Roma, the starting point for your journey in one of the most romantic cities in the world.
The staff is very friendly, helpful and understanding, starting with the manager and going on with the others, especially Alex. The rooms are comfortable, good mattress on the bed, with air-conditioner, very clean and spacious. Breakfast has everything you could need for a good start in Venice: tasty pastry ( very fresh, you get up in the smell of the croissants ), orange and apple juice, milk, all sorts of coffee, a wide variety of sandwiches, boiled eggs, yogurt, ham, cheese, fruits etc. Excellent value for money and the facilities it offers and I'd choose it once more without any second thoughts.

We stayed here in May 2017. It's a nice small hotel with very warm and friendly staff. a special mention to flavia and Alex who were very helpful throughout our stay. The facilities are great value for money. the hotel has a nice terrace area on the first floor and a small bar on the ground floor with very reasonable prices i.e. €3 for a glass of chianti. The breakfast is fantastic with a wide selection to suit all and a very nice lady who is very attentive and ensures that everything runs smoothly and that you are well provided for. The hotel is conveniently located close to both bus and tram stops. You buy the tickets from the tobacconists which is only 5 minutes from the hotel. Nice hotel , lovely staff, would definitely recommend

This small hotel is a perfect place to stay at if you want to explore Venice. The receptionists are friendly and helpful and they explain everything you need to know during your stay. The tram stop is only a few minutes walk from the hotel and there are shops, pubs and restaurants nearby. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. Highly recommended!

Very welcoming stay... It offered us a relaxing time, easy access to Venice, the staff helped us locate places and gave a great map. Food was excellent...

The main part of a travel is going around and that can get dragged and get late, thanks to the front desk person he let us know how to get in if delayed and that really helped as we came back delayed.

The service was great and the place is maintained so well, it is completely neat and clean.

The stay is perfect stopover to visit Venice and reasonably near bus stand and railway station.

Enjoyed the time in total
