Small B&B in the middle of town. Free parking available on street in front of B&B. Spacious rooms, painted and decorated very nicely. Clean, modern bathroom. Friendly and hospitable owners have a trattoria around the corner where they serve breakfast(not included in price) and dinner. Delicious regional specialties at reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

Montepulciano is a beautiful place. Absolutely magnificent! The Hotel was really only a place to rest our head, mid-way through a 1000km cycle Giro d'Italia. The bed was comfortable, but in mid august air conditioning would have been heaven sent!

Delightful and quirky B&B right in the centre of Montepulciano, 200m from the main square (La Piazza Grande). It is managed seemingly effortlessly by the charming proprietor Francesca and her sister, but it is obvious that a lot of work goes on behind the scenes to ensure that guests are well looked after. The rooms are simply furnished but clean and well maintained. Meals are served in the Trattoria di Cagnano, which is located in the street below the Meuble Evoe. Breakfast was exceptional and well worth the five-euro cost. The trattoria has a good reputation in its own right. On-street car parking may be available if booked in advance. Highly recommended.

The staff was exceptional. However, they run 2 hotels that are far apart and getting service was time consuming. Our phone didn't work in our room so contacting them meant going to the lobby and using the phone there. Parking was far from our hotel. Breakfast was a 9 minute walk. Choices for breakfast included a variety of cold items that were freshly prepared. Our room was spacious but our bathroom was very cramped. One day we didn't get maid service because the hotel was closed. We had a patio but never used it. The location was in the heart of Montepulciano and walking to shops and going for dinner was very convenient. The air conditioning worked just okay in the 95 degree weather. Our son stayed in another room at this location and he had a very spacious room and bathroom. His room overlooked the main street but leaving the window open during the night wasn't an option because of the noise at night and the delivery trucks in the morning. His air conditioning worked just ok and not up to our expectations.

This place has fantastic location. The street is parallel with main square so it is 2 mins walk to the square. It is a bit hard to go there by car, but the owner was so helpful and shared a map with us how to get there. There is a small parking near but it is not allowed to park if you don't live there. We had to park a bit away. Again, girl who works here went with our friend to show him where to park. So helpful.

Owners have their restaurant in the same building but in the other street, so they are not always in the reception, you need to call them when you arrive or to use speaker that is next to front door.

Rooms are very small but clean, you don't need much when you are in the town like this as you will not spend much time inside. Toilet is clean and small. Soundproofing is a bit of a problem, as it seems to be not existing. You can hear anything, from a whisper in the hallway to people going by the window, even though you are on the second floor.

There is a free and very good wi-fi.

This is authentic, and really nice place and owners are wonderful. Would recommend it just to have that experience.
