One of the most amazing places on earth I have ever visited. The natural hot springs are amazing, the place is beautiful and so relaxing. I felt like a completely different person after I left. The pictures don't do it justice if you have the opportunity to stop I would not pass it up.

This place deserves a 5 star rating! Everything is perfect, the comfort, the history, the room, the breakfast, the afternoon amuses and the great evening meals. The service is very friendly, professional and attentive all over the place! This village got a lot of charm, nice people and peaceful surroundings! Bravo!

Room tip: best rooms in the main building

I love this hotel. I have stayed here twice, both times in the summer to enjoy the hiking. The owners are so lovely and kind. They speak many languages absolutely fluently, and are so helpful. The room, was very large, with a view of the pool. The hiking is some of the most beautiful in the world. The Dolomites and Torres Del Paine are the two most beautiful hiking spots in the world. To me, it is the shape of the mountain peeks.

We've stayed here 4 years (and another at the Mountain Resort) for Christmas with our daughter and love everything about it. All staff are exceptional, food fresh, healthy and delicious, location wonderful, spa heavenly...Skiing and then hitting the outdoor pool is the best. Will keep coming back. Thank you Adler...

Room tip: Our rooms have always been spacious

We just loved our stay here and can't wait to go back. I cannot think of a more magical place to get in the Christmas spirit. The hotel is right in the middle of Ortisei with views of the Dolomites and easy access to the gondola to Alpe de Siusi. We love to hike and there were limitless trails and options. We chose the half board meal option and are so glad we did. It was great to hike all day and not worry about where to eat. It's definitely a family-oriented hotel. You sit at the same dinner table each night, so it's nice to get to know your table neighbors. We were probably the only Americans there. The spa is extensive and a wonderful place to wind down after outdoor activities. Our room was large and pretty basic/mountain rustic, and the bathrooms are large, nice, and modern. We would go back in a heartbeat and hope to bring our family there one day.
