We booked two rooms for a family vacation. One of the rooms was with the larger terrace and Jacuzzi. The views from the terrace were amazing and the hotel staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning in the hotel. The location is excellent if you want a good view. Quite a walk to the bottom but many good restaurants along the way and the walk was very scenic. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Positano. Looking at other hotels around us this one seem to be a great selection and we would consider it again if we go back.

We just returned from our stay in Positano at the Art Hotel Pasitea. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was large, modern and I loved the decor. We had amazing views form our large balcony which included a jacuzzi. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and I miss our morning cappuccinos and lattes. The service was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Positano.

All of the staff members were super friendly and helpful - they accommodated all of our requests with no issues. The toiletries in the bathroom smelled amazing and it was so nice to have the large size bottles. Hotel was very clean, well maintained, and nicely decorated. Air conditioning worked great. Room was a little tight for three people but the huge balcony with unreal views more than made up for this! We spent hours on the terrace relaxing and enjoying the sights and sounds of Positano. You do have quite a few steps to get to the center/beach area but our family (which included people in their sixties) was able to do walk in about 15 minutes with no issues. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel - we never used it but it seemed very convenient. This was my first time to Positano so I have little knowledge of other hotels in the area for comparison. Unsure of what other similarly priced properties are like but I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. My family and I loved the place and didn't want to leave!
