This is our first time in Positano but we’re so happy we booked this hotel! The service is incredible, the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are beautiful and clean, and there’s a rooftop. The food at the restaurant is excellent and Rosario specifically made our first dinner wonderful. When we come back to Positano, we’ll definitely be staying here again!

When I walked up those flight of stairs I thought I was in Heaven. When I checked in my room was ready and the receptionist took me up to my room and explained where everything was including the beautiful deck which I used for a morning. It was so peaceful up there. It was a pleasure to come back to the hotel after a long day of walking into town. The breakfast was perfect, a little of everything. My balcony was put to good use while I was there having a glass of wine overlooking beautiful Positano. I had a perfect Negroni after coming back from Town! The staff were all wonderful and kind and I am already missing you all and the Hotel.

Wonderful and beautiful hotelIt’s a 4 star hotel but the service is 5. Be weary, the only way in is up a flight of stairs, but the stay afterwards is totally worth it. They have a gratuity based service to bring your bags up from the entrance which we definitely needed. Even in our lowest priced suite with no balcony, we still had a wonderful view of the sea and a door to view the outside. The free breakfast with restaurant view is also a huge plus. I do wish the hot tub could be heated and stay open late night. I would likely stay here again if I came back.

There's one thing you'll have to accept coming to Positano is cost! Once you wrap your head around that you'll love everything Positano and Conca D'Oro have to offer. From the faultless breakfasts, views, service, rooms and air-conditioning - the hotel has history, but they are maintaining the charm and functionality in perfect balance.
Our room had a balcony and jacuzzi, which was lovely for an afternoon aperitivo and dip, and there is nothing like waking up and seeing all of Positano from your doors!
The rooms are standard in size, with some having larger bathrooms than others. The staff were focused, but polite. The bellboys running the suitcases up from the street deserve their tips! No way we were dragging bags up those stairs, as the hotel is right at the top of the hill!
All in all a great hotel to base yourself when exploring the Amalfi Coast!

We had a wonderful stay and a wonderful room. The view was exactly as described, and it was just perfect. The hotel staff went out of their way to answer questions by email and help us with all the details before we arrived. We loved the room and the view and dinner and everything was just amazing. Everyone we encountered there was lovely to interact with. We could not be happier with our experience there, and we can't wait to go back!
