Honestly the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life! The views are everything you want in Positano, breakfast is delicious and so much variety. Donato, the restaurant manager, is an absolute angel! I have never felt so taken care of! He remembered our specific coffee orders, had fresh squeezed juice waiting for us, recommended boat tours and taxi options, and just helped us enjoy our trip in every way. We mentioned that we liked smoked salmon one morning and he made sure the kitchen had some in the back for us from that moment on even though it was not on the menu.

Our room was very clean and the views from the balcony were breath taking.
The front desk people were always so kind and welcoming.
The hotel is seconds away from awesome restaurants and shops and only a 10 minute walk from the beach. It is also on the main road so you don’t have to drag your suitcase all over the stairs.
