outrageous behavior of staff, particulary a person called Katia. i was unlucky enough to have her as my contact when i wanted to make a reservation. She has no understanding of english (written and spoken) and most importantly of the concept of customer service and care. Impolite, unresponsive to questions, lazy.
I reserved a double deluxe room with sea view in July 2022 and was given one with partial sea view, only to know later that the difference in tarifs is huge! 2000€ for 5 nights, and the hotel is unwilling to reimburse me. just disgusting behavior even in the way she replied to the question. she is obviously uneducated and ignorant. what is worse is that no other decent person from the hotel staff replied or took over the matter even though the email adress is generic if the client wanted to ask questions.
well i guess they are a long long way from the concept of customer service we are used to in France, the Middle east and the Gulf.
