Villa Oliviero
Reviewed 20 October 2015

Villa Oliviero is a magical place! The view is the most impressive I've ever seen in my life, the food the most delicious and the staff eager to please you and make your stay unforgettable.
My husband and I got married there last week-end and we had a huge thunderstorm in Positano on that day. Despite these conditions the team was great and allowed us to have the day of our life. The weather even added a dramatic touch to the scenery!
We thank Nello, Alicia and their staff from the bottom of our hearts for everything they did, from the organisation to the decoration, food and service, we have been impressed.
Next day was sunny again and our pizza party by the pool has been a great success (the best pizza in Italy:))
The villa offers everything you could expect for a memorable stay: confortable rooms with amazing sea views, different terraces and levels to enjoy different moment during the day, outdoor pool facing the Positano village landscape and the sea etc..
This place has a unique feel and we'll keep these memories in our hearts forever.
We can't wait to go back and share more unforgettable moments in this beautiful villa with our loved ones!

My husband and I spent 5 wonderful days/nights in Posiano and the luxurious Villa Oliviero in May 2015. The Villa is stunning and has full amenities including kitchen with full time cook, 24/7 access to refrigerator, bar, wine collection, pool and hot tub with several terraces and room balconies all with stunning views of the town, mountains, marina, beach and water. The food was superb with lunch and dinner served on request and to order. The rooms are spacious and lovely including breathtaking views from the balcony, comfortable beds/pillows, individually controlled heating/cooling units and large bathrooms to accommodate 2 on an extended stay.

The only caveat is that there are many, many steps from theVilla to the town center/beach and a certain degree of physical stamina is required to completely enjoy the facilities. There are 300+ STAIRS from the lower road and 90+ STAIRS from the higher road. This would not be a property for people with mobility or pulmonary deficits. To have a twice per day shuttle to and from the town center/Villa would have been helpful and made going to town or the marina more convenient.

We loved our stay at Villa Oliviero and highly recommend it to couples and families who want a unique, upscale experience in Positano.

Me and my wife discovered the villa by chance whilst looking for places abroad to get married.
We instantly fell in love with the villa and the town of positano just from seeing photos.
We flew out to stay in the villa for a night in november to see if this was the place for us to get married and we literally can't explain what a beautiful place this is.
We booked the villa for 5 nights for 13 of us 17th-21st april.
The staff are all fantastic and believe me, you get what you pay for. They will do there upmost to make sure your stay is far better than what you imagined.
Our wedding day was phenomenal from start to finish. The food they laid out was fantastic.
We had a pizza party on the sunday which I cannot recommend enough to you to do and then a bbq on the monday, again truely spectacular.
The 11 guests me and my wife had in the villa were so happy to have been a part of the whole experience and alot of this was down to the villa staff. Bravo to you all!!
Admittedly the steps up to the villa are a fair trek, but it's soon forgotten about when you get through the main door and you see the beauty of this place.
An unforgettable experience :)

We stayed at Villa Oliviero in late October for 3 nights and was blown away by the scenery and service the accommodation had to offer. We arrived by car service (organised by Alice) at the Villa from Naples airport and was welcomed at the main road by Gennaro, who kindly assisted in carrying our luggage to Villa. We relaxed on the main balcony for a while, overwhelmed by the amazing views overlooking Positiano.

We booked the Li Galli room which has it's own private courtyard and sweeping views of the bay. Each morning, a fresh Mediterranean breakfast was waiting for us on the main balcony which was the perfect way to start the day.

Thank you again to all staff for a fantastic holiday .

Villa Oliviero is simply the very best vacation home in Positano. It is a historical building and yet so comfortable to stay. The service is wonderful, the rooms are beautiful, and the view from the multitude of vignettes is breathtaking. You may live in the house, or outside it, everywhere are beautiful views.
It was a once in a lifetime experience that I intend to experience many more times.

Room Tip: Every bedroom in the villa is unique, and you cannot go wrong with any choice. The upper level and...
