This was a piece of heaven. Everything about it was picturesque. The hotel, the people, the view, food, basically everything! Every single person was a pleasure to speak to. Polite and respectful. Shout out to Rosita, Cotello, and Francesca. I felt like I’ve known them for years. Location is where you want to be. Right in the heart of where everything is. And the restaurant was our favorite place to eat. You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful hotel in the best possible spot. We had an amazing view of the beach and surrounding areas right from our balcony. Everything we needed was within a few steps of the hotel. Their restaurant was excellent- as good, if not better, than some of the surrounding restaurants.
Rosita was amazing - we can’t say enough good things about her. She made it feel like home away from home - as if she was a relative. She assisted with any needs, helped us with really good dinner reservations, and was so warm and inviting! She made us want to return to Positano!!!! We hope to see her again!!

What a wonderful quaint hotel. Great view and location on the beachfront in Positano. But the thing that makes it most special is the friendly and helpful staff. Our room was always spotless thanks to our housekeeper. The breakfast/ bar staff was so accommodating and remembered our coffee choices after the first day. But the most help staff was the front desk employees. They helped push along our room readiness on the first day and helped us with planning our trip. Our favorite was Rosita. She planned day trips for us both on land and sea. She made dinner reservations for us. But mostly she treated us with smiles and hugs both morning and night. She is a true gem and part of what made the trip to positano amazing.

This was our first town in a two week trip to Italy and my first trip ever to Italy. This is a great hotel. The rooms, the views, the location were excellent. But most of all the staff is as accommodating, friendly and helpful as anywhere we have ever stayed. I want to name all the great staff that assisted us but especially Rosita. We were a little lost when we arrived but she assisted us with a great itinerary for the 3 days and was so loving and caring. What an infectious personality. We feel like we made a new friend for life. The owner of this establishment is very lucky to have a staff like this!
