We stayed here as part of a wedding party. The hotel was right next to where the transfer dropped us off (vehicles cannot go any further into the square). A few steps to the reception area and then a few more to the rooms. Rooms were clean and spacious with good bathroom facilities and a terrace area with a fabulous view of the coastline. The rooms are not as soundproof and you may like but that's because of tiled floors and painted walls - sound transferred easily and a bit of an echo. A continental breakfast was provided - quite simple but you could always have a more elaborate lunch in the hotels restaurant or in the square. The square is 1 minute walk aware and has a few different eateries. Service was great throughout. I would certainly return as it was just the space and location needed at a very reasonable price.

This is a family run B&B and the staff are lovely - very friendly and helpful. There is a very good selection of cereals, fresh fruit and pastries for breakfast, with excellent coffee. We ate at the restaurant once - the food was fresh and delicious and the complimentary amuse-bouches were lovely (especially the Campari filled white chocolate ball). Our room was spotless and spacious with THE most incredible view and it's the view from the rooms and the restaurant that really make Da Salvatore special. If/when we return to Ravello, we will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at Da Salvatore Hotel from 25/9/16 - 2/10/16. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Mini bar. Two wardrobes. Safe. Hairdryer. Large comfortable double bed. View from the terrace is breathtaking. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room well stocked every day. Very clean and well kept. Will definitely return.
We ate at the restaurant upstairs twice and really enjoyed the food and service.

Fantastic meal at the restaurant, recommended in Lonely Planet guide but superceded our expectations. Lovely complimentary appetiser. Starter was tasty and different to anything we'd had - panzanella. Mains we chose were delicious - ricotta cheese dumplings with veal cheek and duck breast in red wine. Definitely for people who like good food and bold flavours, maybe not for those who like bland staples.
Chianti classic red wine was delicious too!

Took a trip to Ravello in September 2016.Looked up restaurants prior and read review that Da Salvitore was great food and fabulous view,Arrived without a booking and was amazed at the view ,Absoutely exceptional. To top it off though the food was 5 stars. It was presented in a fashion was was Michelin style. The taste even better. What's more the price was extremely reasonable for the quality. To me it was the best food I have eaten in Italy topped off with msgnifivpcent view. A must if you are on the Amalfi Coast.
