The hotel is a little dated as is not unusual for a 3* in Italy at this price but is very clean, what it lacks in decor it definitely makes up for in hospitality. The staff could not be more pleasant and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds comfortable. Our stay was half board and the food served at dinner was very good. I can not say enough about the warm welcoming staff, from reception to waiting staff, nothing is too much trouble and they truely go out of their way to accommodate your needs. We arrived very late 2am and we're still welcomed and offered refreshments (which we declined at that late hour) and during our 3 day stay any requests we made were met. I was slightly apprehensive about booking this hotel after I had read some bad reviews but I have to say we did not see any of the issues that some people mentioned.
