Located centrally in Sanremo, close to the railway station, bus terminal and beach. Plenty of good restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, especially Erica. We would highly recommend this hotel. Well done Hotel Alexander. Easy walking distance from the railway station, about 10 to 15 minutes. Walk out the front of the station , turn right, when you come to the roundabout turn down corso garabaldi street.

Lovely hotel with very helpful staff, including parking our large van for us. Pretty garden, which I guess is great to sit in in the summer. Rooms were clean and well-equipped. A very central location so able to see some of the area in a short space of time. Thank you!

This is an excellent hotel in a very good location. Shop next door is 24x7 , 7 days a week. close to bus station, and rail station. Catholic church 100 yards away. Daily mass at 6:00pm. Breakfast in garden is fantastic.

Room tip: There is an annex with 3 rooms, but I think its better to be in the main building which has 10 rooms.

We chose this hotel for its central position and the availability of parking for our motorcycle. The welcome from the staff was very warm and friendly and I was guided into a parking spot in the limited space available. We were next offered a welcome drink which we had in the pleasant front garden after dropping off our luggage in the spacious ground floor room. Breakfast is served in the front garden with cooked scrambled eggs brought to your table and a full help yourself continental available from a tent. When we returned to our room on the first afternoon at the Alexander we found a bottle of prosecco with a note hoping we were enjoying our stay - a lovely touch! An excellent experience made special by the delightful staff. Note, parking must be reserved in advance.
