I just returned from a week's stay at this hotel and it was like staying with family. The brother and sister that own it and manage it made us feel so welcome. They introduced their mother to us and it felt like an extended Italian family. The exterior is beautiful architecture as you can see by the pictures here on Trip Advisor, the balcony was lovely to view the beach promenade and the roof top garden was great place to watch the Flowers Festival that happened while we were there.
The meals were delicious and the dining room is a lovely open bright space with attentive wait staff. The hotel is walking distance to the local casino and to the main pedestrian shopping area with lots of stores, restaurants and small delightful eateries/cafes. You will not be disappointed with your stay if you are traveling in this area.

Very helpful and friendly staff - a huge applause to Mario and Alexander who are a credit to this hotel. They did their level best to accommodate my requests, which is greatly appreciated.
Feedback to hotel:
1. The sofas in the lounge area are infested with bugs. Every single person in my tour group suffered bites from them.
2. Please fix the internet access and safe in room 523 for the benefit of future guests :-)
3. The list of TV channels are incorrect and require updating.

As regard your heplful feedbacks:
1. sometimes in summer there are some mosquitoes (not bugs...!) in sea towns, but thanks to your report we have immediatly solved the problem
2. internet is working and the safe has been fixed
3. we have many diffrent TV channels (for foreign clients). Sometimes it can happen that someone mistakenly can change the order. Now is ok again.

Stayed here many times but you wouldn’t know it , they don’t seem to care or treat you with much respect as a returning customer, indeed more like a number , they say that they are a family run business which I’m sure they are but they are cold people only interested in your money .
Iv tried several times to reach out but all in vein.
Use the other Hotels where your custom and patronage is appreciated.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The room was nice, a little small, but I guess that’s how most hotelrooms here are. The balcony was nice even though the road nearby is quite loud.
Breakfast was ok - extra pay for omlets and eggs etc. I’ve never seen an additional menu for things you usually get for free. We where asked to leave the breakfast room exactly at 10:40 am.
The male receptionists where super friendly but the female was quite rude answering questions. The hotel ist close to the beach and the city center. That was most important to us.
nice hotel, great location, very friendly staff! Breakfast was great. Lovely place to stay. Located close to beach, Casino and OldTown. All in walking distance. Room was spacious, clean and nice ocean view.
