Love love love the in room sauna! The spa was very relaxing and the pool is so nice. Beautiful water views! Rooms are very spacious! The beach is directly across the street and so convenient. Breakfast was great, I recommend it.

This is first time I've been to Sanremo and wasn't very sure of anything. I picked this hotel because I like the look of it. The hotel is located in a good spot walking distance to the beach and shops. The room I had was a sea view room with awesome views, it's very spacious and clean and has a huge modern bathroom with a spa bath. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I'd stay there again.

Room tip: Book a sea view room.

I booked this hotel almost 3 months in advance, for 2 weeks. The bebsite says that rooms with balconies are available on request. I requested a room with a balcony very well in advance, given I am coming all the way from New York and I have a reservation for 2 weeks and got an immediate response from Rossellini Magliano that “balconies are not available “. All my further emails and requests to be put in contact with hotel management were not answered. I feel very disappointed and do not understand why I should be treated this way.

Location fine. Grand old building. A lot of refurb going on. Entrance lobby and ground floor still have a quaint old charm, but I suspect these could be sanitised if the upper floor common areas are anything to go by. Bright and clean but bland. Other visitors mention a lack of outdoor space, but not entirely true. Sadly the available lower terrace is rather unloved with a collection of mismatched and dirty furniture scattered haphazardly. As we left work was about to begin on the large grounds in front of the hotel which lead down to the road and coast and these could be spectacular given some vision. If they don't include a pool they will be missing a trick. Room clean. Bed comfortable. Wifi in bedroom (220) awful and no better in breakfast room. Guy on reception could have been more charming. Buffet breakfast petty much what you'd expect and you could eat more than your fill.

Room tip: Ask for balcony

The reception was good, we find the check-in a bit late. The room was very good, confortable and agreable with vue of the sea. Unfortunately the blinds cannot be fixed open so the wind bangs them around. The Wellness center was perfect, with a good massage. The thing which was unfortunate and I think a big problem is the restauration the meals in the evening were not good and on both occasions cold!
I asked for a glass of chianti wine the responsable said "no" I could not beleive this no explication? The breakfast was very good as well. Being french we like perculated cafe in mugs, but all we could have is italien expresso (which is good, dont get me wrong ) but it is so small quantities. As for the traditional "Aperitivo" go into town they only serve a bowl of crisps.
