Being essentially three old bourgeois villas tied together in a beautiful garden very centrally located this is a setting that is and will always (?) be popular. Add spcaious rooms and decent bathrooms and a lot of old charme and superb view from many of the rooms and all is well except a breakfast that is a little bit of a joke. Minor detail, as you can always go to a nice cafe nearby.More

I needed a single room for one night only due to unexpected delay in leaving sanremo. This hotel fit the bill for a cheap night in a very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was good with a selection of things on offer. Lots of fruit and selection of pastries and bread. Staff friendly, good location close to the town.

I stayed in a single room in the older villa, all good. Very central, very clean, good breakfast. They let me stay until 1230 the next day as the room wasn't booked, very generous. Sanremo isn't a place that you would want to hang around though.

We stayed at this hotel last Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. It is a great place to stay. Very well situated and very comfortable. We look forward to going back soon. My wife stayed here in April and really enjoyed it. So much so she brought me back and we had a great time.

The breakfast was very good and the welcome was good. I had the impression that the owners were very conscious of their past reviews here and had done stuff to improve things.
Our room was massive, with a balcony and lots of charm.
I would recommend this place for its closeness to town, the charm and the feeling that the owners really want to make a go of it.

This Hotel's location is a five minute walk from the sea up a steep hill.
The rooms were clean and very comfortable.
The staff at reception were friendly and helpful.
Variety at breakfast was limited. Cereal, juice, croissants, rolls, cheese, ham, salami, yogurt and limited fruit. The breakfast waiter likes everything just and can be a bit cross.
The internet signal is not very strong.

In the breakfast more tha all foods that you declare there is also same kind of Pie or cake and a bio corner for celiacs. The wi fi services is in all the rooms and it's free, it's possible that's is not fast if many people are connected in the same time.
