We had an enjoyable three-course meal on the back terrace of this restaurant. We'd arrived in Sarlat that day and hadn't booked, so were lucky to get a table right on opening time - later, we saw many hopeful customers turned away. Creative food and caring service. I particularly enjoyed the crab entree and my partner his egg and cheese melt.

In our week in Sarlat this was my favorite restaurant. Even ate here twice. And the same meal twice. Fabulous duo of foix gras, seared tuna, and great dessert. Friendly, pleasant servers. Good wine recommendations. Nice atmosphere and convenient location.

We pre-booked, good job we did. Not an enormous menu but enough choice, obviously better to offer a few dishes and do them really well than too many and do them poorly!
Very quaint, excellent friendly service and very good value for money. We will definitely be visiting again.

Off the beaten track and quieter than the main drag. The food was superb and very nicely priced.

They offer a set menu and A La Carté and anything off the set menu can be ordered separately.

Lovely service and top food. The pork dish and burger were incredible.

L'Adresse is quite a small restaurant, perhaps seating 20 inside with additional seating outdoors in front of restaurant and a patio in the rear. It would be advisable to book ahead. I did, by requesting that our hotel, over 4 weeks in advance, make a reservation for us. However, when we presented ourselves at the restaurant, there had been a "mix-up" and our reservation had not been recorded. (lesson learned: confirm reservation with restaurant). We were turned away, and although we insisted the hotel had booked a table (I had received confirmation from hotel), the restaurant was insistent that the hotel had never called. We left angry and disappointed (and had a very unsatisfying meal at another restaurant!). But all's well that ends well, I suppose - and L'Adresse proved to be a class act. When the owner of L'Adresse was informed the next morning of what had transpired, he invited us back for that evening as his guests. Although we thought it unnecessary for him to foot the bill, and we would just be happy for the opportunity to dine at his restaurant, he was gracious and treated us to dinner. We had an absolutely delicious dinner, starting with risotto with artichoke, sundried tomato and parmesan cheese (FABULOUS!), and as main dishes, the tuna and scallops. The plates were presented with care and artistry, with asian influences, all beautifully cooked and delicious. We were so impressed with our experience, that we asked if we could book for the next night. We returned - along with two other guests from our hotel, who had heard us rave about the food at breakfast the morning after. And we found the menu so varied, that (although I would have loved to devour that risotto again) we choose items we had not sampled the night before (last night in Sarlat - had to eat a farewell fois gras and duck!) I think L'Adresse is a rare find and a must when visiting Sarlat.
