Please be aware: this place does not have an air conditioner. We stayed here at the end of April and it was VERY uncomfortable because of room temperature and lack of any air movement (all windows were locked and impossible to open). The place is very isolated (there is very much nothing around, you have to take a shuttle bus to get to a mall). There was lots of construction next to the hotel. The airport shuttle is actually a CDG’s airport train that takes you to your terminal (you still have to walk from the lobby to the train station, which is not far, but a little confusing).
The hotel is brand new, clean, and has a good breakfast.

Very good hotel close to airport. We stayed here upon arrival for one night after a long flight. The roads are very confusing around this airport (if driving), however there is an airport train that stops near this hotel. parking is 20 euros. The hotel is new and clean (though they tried to put us in a room that smelled and had a stain on the carpet; the next room was spotless however. breakfast was included, but wasn't really a full American type buffet. Rooms are typically small European type (one double bed and pull out cot type for a kid.) Shower was very nice (no tub). Lobby was very nice, we sat there and had coffee and a desert. no restaurant, however; but you can get pre-made sandwiches and snacks in the lobby.

Room Tip: Look over the room they give you, If you don't like it, let them know!

My second stay in 2 weeks.. I really want to give 5 stars.. But..
Location is very good.. You take the CDGVAL then to Pr station then 2 minutes walking.
Room size is good.. Free cattle with coffee and tea..
Hotel is new.. Modern.. And very clean
I appreciate the effort of all the employees starting from the Manager till the room service.. They really work hard to satisfy the guests.
Breakfast very basic.. 3 items of cold cuts.. 2 items of cheese.. Bread.. Juice and coffee.. Strange way for boiled eggs
No restaurant at the hotel.. Only vending machines for sandwiches.
Nearest restaurant at Mercure Hotel.. Or you take a taxi to Aeroville mall after free shuttle time(last shuttle from Mercure at 6.45 pm)
The worst thing at this hotel is the false alarm and evacuation voice message.. It will give you the feeling of death
It happened during my 2 stays at the hotel everyday..
If you can adapt with it like me so you don't have any problem to stay because really the hotel is perfect and the employees are polite and trying to help you as much as they can.

We arrived at 9:30 pm on a rainy night. The hotel advertised a free shuttle from the airport. What they didn't say was that the shuttle leaves you off about 300 yards from the hotel, most of which is uncovered. When we got to the lobby, we and our luggage were soaking wet. We asked if there was a dryer that we could use and were given a very unsympathetic no. Since we hadn't eaten, we asked if there was any food at the hotel and were told that although there is a bar, there are no restaurant facilities. We were directed to some vending machines. Our room was on the sixth floor and was very small. We used whatever surfaces we could find to lay out our wet clothes, hoping that they would dry before we had to leave very early to catch our flight from CDG airport. We broke down and resorted to getting two soggy wraps from the vending machine. Although it was a chilly night, we were told that there was no heat in the hotel because it was June. On top of that, the fan in our room wasn't working so there was no air circulating in the room. We called the desk and they were reluctant to send someone to check out the problem. They told us to turn the thermostat down very low and wait ten minutes. After that didn't work, they finally sent someone up who instructed me on the proper use of a blanket and for the lack of air, suggested that I open the window even though it was pouring outside. We finally got to sleep after eleven (having set our alarm to 3:30 am so that we could catch our flight). At around 12:30 am, the fire alarm sounded and a voice from the speakers instructed everyone to evacuate the hotel. With a bunch of other grumbling guests, we marched down six floors of stairs and headed for the door. The night manager suddenly appeared and very casually said that everyone could return to their rooms--it was a false alarm. The next morning, with almost no sleep, we called a cab to take us to the airport because the free shuttle didn't run that early. Needless to say, we do not recommend this hotel.

We grabbed a room at the brand new Holiday Inn express to be able to be on time for our flight home the next day and avoid fighting traffic in the morning.

The hotel is brand spanking new and still has the new carpet smell.

On arrival we found that there was only a fridge type food service. There are no other restaurants nearby. We bought chicken sandwiches which turned out to only have meat in maybe 20 percent of the whole thing so it was mostly a mayo sandwich. Being a captive audience, the prices are set for tourist rates. We paid way too much for marginal food, a bottle of water and a beer. If you’re staying here try and bring a meal with you.

Rooms were clean but spartan. One whole bath towel for the family. For what the room is, the price seems excessive

On the plus side, there is an nearby underground (free) tram to the terminals that runs every five minutes.
