Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Management is awful. We had a late check in and had emailed them prior and received no response. Upon arrival we could not find any doorbells to get inside and all the doors were locked. We knocked for hours outside till we finally got inside and got a room. Went upstairs and the room was already occupied and someone was sleeping inside it. Went back down to reception got another room and it was occupied again. At this point it was 2am and the flight was early so we were only going to have 4 hours inside the room. I demanded a refund and was not given one. We got a room with separate beds which we did not want and slept for 3 hours before leaving for our flight. I had emailed reservations and have not received a response from them. Honestly spend the extra money and stay at the Sheraton or Holiday Inn or anywhere else. It will be worth it. We were supposed to check in at 11pm and checked in at 2am because of all the difficulties and disorganization with staff. The room was okay but had minimal towels and no soap in the shower. The customer service was terrible, this hotel does not care about their customers.

Room Tip: Do not stay here

SO! This is going to be gross so...prepare. A certain white stain collection all over the pillows greeted us as we were about to lay down. We flipped back the sheets to a healthy collection of little curly hairs all around the sheets. It was apparent that this wasn't remotely clean bedding. I went into the restroom. The floor had a peculiar oily substance all about it. There were no towels. The room was booked for 5 people. There was only 4 people's worth of bedding. We went down to request fresh bedding quite politely. We were given new bedding...which ALSO HAD HAIR ALL OVER IT?!?!? We asked for a taxi to go out. When we went down to the desk to ask if the taxi was on the way, we were told it was not possible to call a taxi with no explanation. The desk attendant who obviously lives in the Paris area pretended to have never heard of the Moulin Rouge. This seems nearly impossible. We went to the common area where there was a coffee machine and were yelled at for getting coffee...again....no explanation. Over 440 euros for the worst hotel experience we've ever had to date. Did I mention there was a window with thin white curtains which didn't close fully separating a bedroom from the bathroom? This is not too comfy for sleep or showering alike unless you wish to see your cohorts nude and have a light shining in your eyes while you sleep. There was also a window in the room to the outside with no shade or curtain and a wonderfully bright light from the parking lot just outside of it which illuminated the room for the entire night.

I would recommend sleeping on the Parisian streets over paying for this garbage excuse for a four star hotel.

Is a nice hotel, nice room and in-room facilities.
But maybe because we change from a smoking to a non smoking room, we found out that the kitchen stuffs were not in place not in the new room. Even the towels was not ready. i called to reception, he asked me to go the reception and take towels. This was not experienced before. Don't you thing you should send the towels to my room indeed? At night, the hotel Entrance was too dark.
You suites are rated 4 star, you can be better!

I stay there just one night before a flight. You not going there for vacation. The breakfast is ok but expensive. Free transportation for the airport. Not too bad but to excellent. They have nothing to do around !

Booked for 2 nights while training in CDG Airport.
Beautiful hotel on the outside but dont look under the covers ...
My hair dryer didnt work and I changed room twice before finding one that did!
Filthy floors and rugs in room.
Tea and coffee provided but no kettle or saucepan to heat water ... the cups werent washed from previous occupant either.
One bedside light missing and the other had the shade broken. It only lit up the layer of dust and dirt on the floor anyway.
Before sleeping i discovered i wasnt alone in my bed - bed bugs! I was disgusted and left as soon as i could get out of there!
I prefered to pay another room in another hotel than stay there!
