A hotel that has absolutely no clue of what good customer service is. I was part of a group that had to pay in advance, a double room, and half pension. 4 days before the arrival the tourmanager write an email to the hotel about us making a change to our dobb. room as a single bed room (same room but lower room charge). They never reply to that email. The next day of arrival I adress the problem and also them not answering as they don't want to change the reservation (my wife was sick) so they insisted me paying full price for a dobb. room and 2 x half pension. This made the bill more expensive than i normally would pay for a dobb room in NY or Dubai with only breakfast.
The management team, and the reception area are so unprofessional and behaved so bad towards our large group of travelling memebers. I cannot recommend this place in any circumstances.More
