This historic hotel has been an inn for five centuries and has suits of armor in the hallways! It has a delicious breakfast buffet and comfortable, spacious rooms. Our room was right on the main shopping street of the town, and we got to see the St. Martin's Day procession of children with lanterns going by right outside our window. Parking is in a small courtyard in the interior of the hotel. I would highly recommend this charming, historic hotel.

Nicely situated hotel, in the center of the city, next to pedestrian tourist streets. Hotel itself is quite old, more than 100 years, but very well preserved, rooms are spacious and clean, bed is comfortable with fresh sheets.. What else do you need?
Breakfast was tasty, nice choice of sweets and fruits, eggs and coffee are freshly made on your order.

Situated in the center of town, it could be nice for a pleasure trip, but if you are reaching the hotel by car in the evening at the end of your business day you are in trouble making your way through tiny streets and pedestrian areas.
Parking is a challenge. There is a backyard, but the spots there are more suitable for motorcycles than cars and the later arriving cars block the spots that are already taken!
A single room is small, but OK.
Yes, there is free Wifi, but its speed renders it useless: 0.2 Mbit/s for downloads!!

Nice hotel in the centre of Ingolstadt. The rooms aren't luxurious, but you have a cosy bed a nice bath room. There is a good buffet and the hotel has even a sauna. The service is very helpful.
If I return to Ingolstadt I'll try to book the same hotel

The hotel is situated in the center of town. We often like to stay in the town centers so we can take a walk around in the evening and also enjoy the local restaurants.

I forgot to ask for interior rooms and we got two outside facing rooms for us and the other couple travelling with us. I am always concerned about noise. Our friends were above the pedestrian street with the dining areas and they had a difficult time sleeping. We were on a side street that had quite a bit of traffic in the evening but thankfully it was quiet in the night, or I did not wake up. The windows are good and remove a bit of the noise.
The rooms are fine and with adequate space. Bathroom was spacious and bright. Beds are comfortable.
Good breakfast with cooked eggs on request. The regular coffee was not that good but they gave me a double espresso when I asked for it. It was much appreciated
Very polite, attentive and pleasant staff.
Terrible internet.
I suppose there is a trade-off between location and noise. Overall I had a good night sleep and the attentive service is always appreciated
