Hotel provides a great view of the vineyard. The vineyard is amazing, producing many varieties of wine. The feeling is very homey, you feel like your actually staying with the family. They are very knowledgable about there wine. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Overall great experience and great wine.

Tucked away behind the city of Oberwesel this bed and breakfast was truly remarkable. The wine master and his wife were absolutely phenomenal and personal. Dinner was delicious and accompanied by their own wine selection grown from the vineyards that the restaurant patio overlooks. Our room was tastefully put together; we even had a small packet of gummy bears on our bed as we arrived. Our group was lucky enough to get a guided tour of the vineyards by the winemaster himself. Overall it was a very delightful, educational, and wonderful experience. I highly recommend Gutsschaenke Sennerhof

We didn't stay night or eat here; we just ventured down from the castle we were staying in to buy wine. They were closed but the folks let us inside, showed us wine and we bought a case of it. They were very friendly, the place was extremely clean and well organized. The wine, well, it was simply delish! If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely patronize this place!

We only stayed for one night, next time we will stay longer. This lovely place is a little out of town and away from the river set in a valley opposite steep vineyards which belong to the host family.
They have been great hosts and attended to all our requests. We had a spacious family room with private shower and toilet, a shared fridge with wine and water supplies is on the corridor. There are a few steps to reach the rooms.
We enjoyed dinner with local food and the families' wine on the terrace, watching the sunset, while the children played in the surrounding gardens and cooled their feed in the little stream which runs along the front of the house.
The next morning we climbed the steep vineyards opposite and saw the sun rise above the valley (up early due to jetlag, not the comfy beds), what a great experience!
Breakfast was one of the best anyone could wish for: delicious fresh bread and coffee, grape most, local produce (really yummy eggs!) and even nutella for the little ones.
The owners, the Persch Family are genuinely friendly and took all effort to make us guests comfortable. We highly recommend the Weinhotel and will happily return in the future!

Was pleased we chose to stay here as the short walk out of town meant we had a great nights sleep and were away from the train tracks running through the middle of town. Room was very clean, breakfast sufficient and we made use of the free bikes! Added bonus that they produce their own wines with a nice terrace to enjoy them on, couldn't have asked for more really.
