You pay €20 extra to get sea view. My advice is to bring your own dynamite to remove trees that covers the entire view.
You expect a room to be ready at check in time, but might be severely disappointed as we were. They told us that our rooms would be ready in 30 minutes and an hour later it would be ready in 10 minutes? They didn't do anything to remedy the situation. At the very least invite us to enjoy the spa in the mean time or put in an extra effort to clean a specific room. Just do something, don't meet us with your blank inocent looking eyes.
You might expect the promised fruit bowl when you finally get into the room, but instead you find a notice "With our compliments"? Free air with your compliments? Or what? We would please have liked some fruits with your compliments. Well we got them at dinner-time, when they weren't really relevant anymore.
At the morning buffet you might be interrogated by the waiter, as he suspect that we didn't have half pension. Instead of checking his list, I had to look through it and find our names. After I found our names, there was no appologies, just a "Then it's ok". WTF? You are basically accusing me of stealing from the buffet and no apologies?
The same waiter came and asked if he could take my plate while I was still eating, He didn't even sense my stare in disbelief.
