We have eaten in this little hotel restaurant in the charming village of Blangy-le-Chateau on a number of occasions and have never been let down. I will say we've only ever been for lunch, so cannot comment on dinner (even whether it's available). The staff are very welcoming, although they speak little English, they are very patient with my schoolboy French. The home-cooked food is unpretentious but always reliable. It is generally a menu for around 13-14 euros for 3 courses and a drink (choose wine or cidre). The first course is a buffet, which has some nice terrines, vegetables and fish starters (all cold). If there is a main course with French fries, monsieur the chef makes his own and they are superb.
We'll be visiting again soon.
