Okay, some people say there is a problem with the location, but not for us. Being out of the town allowed a quieter environment, plenty of on site parking and easy access to a quiet beach. Add to that the fabulous pool and all seems well.
The rooms are large, air con works, a lift operates to each floor, staff are friendly and the service good.
But, as can be seen from other reviews, the restaurant is a disaster; I don't know what the chef is thinking. I ordered a fish pasta, and it was mostly inedible. The four small pieces of fish all had small bones in them, and the sauce tasted like mud. My wife's medium well steak was cooked to well done. This then is the problem, as to go out for dinner, you have to go back to Taranto and face the Italian driving at night. The food in Taranto is terrific, the drive is not so, but we did it and it was worthwhile.
Overall we were very pleased with our stay, really like the hotel and location.More
